In "What Does the Law Expect of Me? Part IV", Dave Jensen will review the ten things that the psychotherapy profession comes down to and the following subjects: the standard of care; the differences between one's right to privacy and a therapist's duty to maintain confidentiality of patient information, including both mandated and permitted exceptions to confidentiality; and, the fundamentals of reporting elder and dependent adult abuse.


David Jensen, is a staff attorney with CAMFT and a contributor to The Therapist magazine. 


This course satisfies the BBS requirement for law & ethics and includes 6 CEU's.
