Attend this engaging workshop to learn how Emotional Intelligence(EQ), the culmination of research on brain functioning, learning processes, and relational styles, is possible a better predictor of success than IQ. EQ is the skill set necessary to create optimal relationships with self and others. This workshop will cover the basic knowledge of Emotional Intelligence, how to recognize behavioral and emotional patterns, and how to utilize EQ skills in the decision making process for maximum success. Participants will learn EQ tools to apply to their own lives as well as the lives of their clients
