(SCMF), invites you to the ACE's Health and Wellness Provider Summit. The Summit is scheduled for Friday, September 30, 2022, 9:00 am - 2:00 pm. SCMF and its panel of speakers will address physician, patient, and provider relationships on adverse childhood events and experiences as well as wellness support.

Learning Objectives:

• Identify 3 reasons for screening for ACEs/PEARLs in Primary Care Setting.
• List at least 5 long term consequences of ACEs
• List at least 5 types of ACEs
  
• Understand how ACEs implementation starts in the clinic setting
• Identify 3 barriers and maneuver around them when it comes to ACEs in your clinic
• To identify 3 practices that can further trauma-informed care
  
• Identify 3 state resources available to clinicians to help them screen and treat trauma
  
• List one of the 5 protective factors
• List one strategy to reduce toxic stress
